I have been studying for years, reading articles, forums, websites, videos, buying programs in search for what is the best Diet for Six Pack abs and the best workout Program to get a six pack. I have found some good programs and will be sharing with you my review of each, I will also be sharing with you some details and nuggets of information that I have found to be especially important. Included in these nuggets are diet tips, recipes, and foods that are great to keep in your eating plan to lose body fat and and keep it off.

As far as body type and people there are two situations, one of which you are in right now if you don’t have six pack abs.  You either have abs and there is a layer of fat over the abs preventing them from being visible or you have very low body fat and don’t have enough muscle mass for your abs to show.  Which are you?

Don’t worry I have six pack program and ideas for both.  Contrary to what many people know, the workout program and diet for both situations are very different.

The Diet for a six pack of a person that has fat over the abs is very similar to anyone who is losing weight, to a point.  Decreasing that last little bit of body fat is a huge change from the regular weight loss diet, we will talk about both.

The Diet for a six pack of a person who is building muscle mass is different, it isn’t exactly just the opposite either, you will see.  You do increase your calories, however not all calories are created equal, some are better for you than others, some the difference is obvious and some have hidden lies, the food is considered “healthy” when in reality it is preventing you from what you want.
